Amanda Decker

Amanda Decker is a lifelong resident of Dickson County, where she lives on her family’s nearly century-old farm with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with family, staying active outdoors, traveling, and reading. A 2005 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, Amanda has worked in primary care for nearly two decades.
Her personal journey with weight and health inspired a professional shift toward nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Since 2018, Amanda has focused her practice on medical weight management and metabolic health, helping patients prevent, improve, or even reverse chronic conditions through individualized, evidence-based care.
In October 2024, Amanda founded Clear Path Medical, a space dedicated to patient care and the expansion of holistic wellness services.

Amber Grubb

Hi, I’m Amber—a medical assistant and health coach with a long-time love for the medical field.

I’ve always known I wanted to be in a role where I could help others, so starting my career with Amanda was the perfect first step. It’s been an amazing journey growing in this field and expanding into health coaching, where I get to support people in feeling their best—mind, body, and spirit.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three awesome kids. We’re big on the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, swimming, riding four-wheelers, or zipping around in our go-kart, we’re always finding ways to have fun together.

I’ve got dreams of traveling someday, but for now, I’m all about living in the moment, helping others, and enjoying life with the people I love most.

Hi, I’m Lori Hardin—an LPN with 21 years of experience in family practice and a passion for helping others feel their best. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building strong relationships with patients and their families, and I truly believe that care with a personal touch makes all the difference.
I graduated from Dickson County High School. I earned my BBA in Business from Middle Tennessee State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. It was a personal goal I’m proud to have achieved, and I’m excited to keep growing and exploring new opportunities in healthcare and beyond.
Outside of work, I’m all about family, fresh air, and a good book. My husband and I have been married for 25 wonderful years, and together we’ve raised three amazing kids and now have seven beautiful grandchildren who keep us on our toes! On the weekends, you’ll usually find us camping, hiking, or just enjoying quality time together.

Hey there! I'm Marlee — office manager for Amanda Decker for several years and absolutely love what I do. I'm happily married, a proud mom of four amazing kids, and a Gigi to the sweetest little grandbaby. Life keeps me busy in the best way, whether I'm cheering on my daughter at softball games, spending time outside, or sneaking in a little travel when I can. Helping others has always been close to my heart. My family is my world, and I'm beyond proud of everything they've accomplished!
